Profile Information

About Me:
At college I studied Craft Design.I started making whimsical 3D figures. As well as design sheets for these figures I always used to illustrate, and paint cards to go with them.
I always kept scetch books, and a visual diary. I find drawing is just one of those things that I can really get lost in. Most of my designs are whimsical, fun, and perhaps a bit querky. I like to keep everything quite light hearted.
I think that if you are creative it is really important to show that. If you don't explore that side of yourself one way or another, then you will never really know yourself. So go on all you fabulous people ... SHINE :0) !

New Wall hangings

I have started to combine my three dimensional work with watercolour creating these little watercolour wall hangings. I have been meaning to do this for ages but never seemed to get around to it. Although they are just in the baby stages just now I am pretty pleased with them. By I make my three dimensional work more affordable, and add something extra to my watercolours. These little darlings are ready to hang on the wire that comes with them or simply pin them into a box frame. I am very excit… Continue

Hey Zoe, I'm delighted to hear that you guys have a Duduk from Armenia... the trick is to get the Reed open (the mouthpiece) just pure few drops of water inside the reed and wait until it opens (you should have a case for it / with couple of holes for the air to circulate)... more you play more it will open and easier it will get (moisture & heat) make sure you spine the reed inside the Duduk in the right direction every time "not to disturb the seal, span around the reed "very important" some reeds are easier then others just be patient and have fun, it will happen and once it does you won't want to put it down... Go to DUDUK.COM (they have good videos) or just Google Duduk and explore.
Thanks again for stopping by and let me know how it goes with the Duduk or if you need any help... hope you come back Zoe.
Peace
