Green, Red and Black

I wanted to post these three pieces early today but got caught with work and rushed to catch the flight to Sibu this afternoon. If you are wondering where is this place called Sibu, just click on the link. At least it will give you some ideas. Yes it is located at the bank of the mighty Rajang River, about 35 minutes flight from Kuching. And why am I here? As usual its work related - I am attending a seminar on peat swamp forest and oil palm plantation development....boring? Me too....hehehe

These two bracelets and earrings were remade for one of my customers. Just simple wire wrapping involved. Love the green stones but not sure what stones though. Looks like agate but may be green adventurine.


This red and black themed bracelet is definitely dyed coral and black onyx with a rose quartz as the focal.
At least this is not boring at all :D

Cubic Zirconia Prong Ring

Latest prong ring with cubic zirconia. This is an experimental piece with gold filled wire. Since I only have a size 24ga wire, it is a bit too thin for the prong. A thicker wire would hold the stone tighter. 

Wire Wrapped Cuff

This one took a long time to make. Mostly on coiling 28g wire around each of the 10 pieces of 20ga wire. The outcome is ok though, so I am not complaining :)
