SKO was borne out of my true and deep obsession with yarn and the fact that I will always create more than I could ever keep or give away. The name specifically is in reference to my feline love, Alexande. She's my smitten kitten and definitely an original. :D

I can usually be found doing one of three things... feeling up yarn (my husband is sure I'll be pulled in on a morals charge one day LOL), working with yarn or writing. My very own smitten kitten is often pulling off a very good approximation of a furry white satellite during the last one.

Additionally, I love to read, shop & travel. Optimally all at once.
