i made these for a customer last night, and they came out so cute!!! can you guess who they are for??!!??

(though after 100 of them, my fingers are a little tired...)

i bargain with hubby about who's gonna get some free time to do what they want when he gets home from work... he wants to play outside, mowing and pruning and planting and building front walkways (BORING!), and i wanna drag out my sewing machine, and my modpodge, and glitter and paper and and and.... last night, he took beanie (2.5 yr old daughter) outside to work on the walkway, and after babycakes (1 yr old daughter) went to bed, i cut felt. it's a small pile, but hooray for small piles! =)…

it's so hard to create when there is no time. my babies keep me too busy, i have just 15 minutes here and there to do anything on my own. by the time everyone is in bed for the night, i'm exhausted!! i know this time is fleeting, and i know they won't be little forever, but i wish there were just a few more hours in the day... *sigh*

so for the next, oh, 17 years, i expect short blog posts, spotty internet time, stretches of absence, and crafting in fits and starts. it's so frustrating…
