- I love old movies and old-fashioned, vintage-style feminine clothing. I make clothes for bosoms and bottoms - I love the hourglass shape and often design to enhance a curvy silhouette. I'm an obsessive-compulsive sewer - can't go even one day without at least cutting, sewing, fiddling with or creating something new, or at least starting it! I always try to avoid shopping malls and chain stores, and prefer to buy either locally, or direct from the maker, or at least from independent retailers, where possible. I have great appreciation for hand-crafted goods and the skills that women took for granted in years gone by, which are sadly disappearing today. Long live all those crocheting, tatting, knitting nannas out there! May we humbly follow in your footsteps.

- Vintage-styled original garments, using both new and vintage dress and upholstery fabrics, and at times vintage haberdashery as well. I'm getting into boudoir styles (cute little numbers you can waft about the boudoir in). I make the occasional cute more contemporary garment. I mainly make bombshell dresses, and burlesque-style girdles and body-shapers. Hoping to get into corsets. Many of my garments are one-offs, especially when vintage makings are used, although I have a few 'signature' pieces, like the pin up pinafore and the high-waist fishtail hobbit skirt, that I offer in all sizes.

I do!
I live and breathe vintage clothes, vintage-inspired clothes, vintage reproduction clothes, and I fill my house (and closet) with all manner of vintage stuff! My partner collects vintage bits n pieces, too, like old leather fencing masks, riding crops, camera bags, cigar boxes...I have shoes, clothes, purses, vintage kitchenalia, and oodles of vintage linen, that I often (if I can bear to cut it up!) turn into lovely garments. I'll post some pics so you can see what I mean.
