About Me:

I am 60 years old and finally have the time in my life to start exploring my creative side...and I'm loving it! When I sit down to create and make the things I do, I find it very cathartic and there is a calm that comes over me. I have had a deep conviction for a long time that this is what I'm meant to do and can't wait to see where this journey takes me.
I have been married for 40 years to the same man. I have two beautiful, intelligent, wonderful daughters who both live in the USA. They are married to two great guys and I have the good fortune of having a 3+ year old grandson and an almost 10 month old grandaughter. Sadly, I don't get to see them very often. We do use webcam to keep in touch but I sure miss them much of the time...all of them.

At the moment I work with clear glass plates and both paint and decoupage on the back . I also do photography, which is my other passion. I still have many areas and things I want to make and test myself further.
For the holiday season, I use glass block to create some pretty elegant decor and will be adding to my selections this year.

As I'm just getting started and getting 'out there' my exposure is somewhat limited at this point. I belong to Etsy and have had three or four of my pieces featured in an Etsy Treasury.
Locally, some of my pieces are hung at a local B & B.
