About Me:
Hi! My name is Petronella Luiting, I am from Holland and live at the moment in the north German countryside with my husband and a little dog. I lived in many other countries and built up a colourful array of contacts worldwide, intensively maintained via Internet. Although it is not my profession, I have always been crafting and sewing.
I am inspired by ancient traditional costumes, classic Scandinavian art and Japanese artwork. Crazy about fabrics & buttons, I gathered quite some stuff over the years in the many countries we were living in, and bring them to life in my funny and crazy creations. I design and create for a modern free thinking woman who wants to be funky & special, not for fashion victims. Both variation & repetition play a role in my designs.
If you see something you like but it's not exactly your colour, fabric or size, please contact me and I see what I can do; there are plenty of buttons, fabrics and ideas in store !
