I bought some 6" x 6" 1.5" gallery-wrapped canvases last summer and didn't exactly know what to do with them, since my work is typically rectangular in format. I grabbed one not too long ago, and just started painting. I added some vintage ephemera and a photocopy of a fox illustration, and poof! A new format is realized! I really like the new direction these square canvases have led me in, and I hope you do to!

She's a Mystery...

After a productive evening with the trusty gocco printer, I now have over thirty copies of a lovely vintage photograph printed on various vintage textbook pages. So what's a girl to do with all of these great prints? Do an art card series, of course! So...look for this particular gal to appear on her own series of original mixed media art cards in the coming weeks. My only problem is that she needs a name...so post your suggestions here!
