- I have been a passionate knitter for over 15 years and have been creating my own designs for just about as long. I love always having a project on my knitting needles. It seems like a day doesn't go by without me knitting something. I have even recently started getting into sewing and a few other mediums. Creating things is just so much fun and such a great way to express yourself!
I am a stay at home mom who started knitting at the age of 19 (Im 34 now). JK Creations Boutique was started about 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I wanted to be able to stay at home with her and still bring in some income. I haven't looked back since! It has been such a fun and interesting adventure and I am so thankful for all of the great friendships that I have come to know because of it.

Its back to school time again...
Well, its been a while since I last blogged anything or even updated my info. I think I have it all up to date and working now. It has been a great summer full of lots of fun. I took the summer off to get a little bit of rest and relaxation and to recharge my creative batteries. I was feeling a bit burned out but now after all that rest I am ready to get back to it. Welcome to Indiepublic!
Well, this is my first day discovering this wonderful site and I have to say I am amazed! What great and talented people there are in this community! Im still learning the ropes so my first blog entry might not be up to par.
