Why does Roxy write on her arms? Why does Casey eat worms? What’s growing out of Polly? Goshdarnknit is illustrations, knit paintings, and more, all by DC artist Rania! She knits, paints, and gocco prints every surface imaginable with swirly tales of cherry swallowing, worm eating, arm doodling fun.

Rania is a graphic designer, painter and illustrator. She was born in New York City and grew up traveling the world. The hardest question you can ever ask her is "where are you from?"

Since studying graphic design at the American University of Beirut she has worked as an art director for Leo Burnett, the United Nations, The Shakespeare Theatre, and The White House. Rania now calls Washington, DC home and has settled in a sunny neighborhood called Bloomingdale.
