Craftin' Outlaws is G-O!

Just got confirmed for my first craft show. This one's going to come up fast: mid August for Craftin' Outlaws. I had scouted this show and Tiny Canary. I'd like to whip up some fresh stuff but that ain't a whole lot of time. I'm looking forward to it. New/different crowd from the usual. This also confirmed that the guy who runs Skully's is a royal jerk. He's totally trying to ape the whole set up for Craftin' Outlaws. Same date as last year, the t… Continue

Anthology news: the Tori comics anthology & No Formula

This is outside the handmade realm (unless you count the drawing time) but I'm in a couple of new anthologies begining this month. They're on polar opposites of the publishing/promotion spectrum. Comic Book Tattoo (aka the Tori Amos comics anthology). Probably the biggest anthology I've been in yet as far as distribution goes. I've been a Tori fan for quite a while so I'm thrilled that Rantz and Tori tapped me to be in the anthology. The only sad thing is I can't swing flying out for the… Continue

House on Fire SALE pt.2! (prints)

I'm currently running a sale on all prints in my shop. All prints are $8 each(normally $10) or you could get all 4 together for $25 (roughly $6ish a pop) All prints are ran on archivable 100 lb cardstock. Here's a pic to gauge on the size of them..

All prints are off to the right, spread out on my table.

Next confirmed show- April 6th

I'll be at the Gem City Comic Con. April 6th in Dayton, Ohio (Wright State Student Union). There's a conflict between Wizard World Chicago and Comfest. I could potentially do both shows. Panel usually sets up at Comfest (Columbus,Ohio). We just wrapped up S.P.A.C.E. Hempfest was a bit pricey for a one day. I might scout it out this year and mull it over. I do mostly comicons, but I'm slowly trying to 'stock up' for some different shows. I have some prints and some reasonably priced paintings o… Continue

Welcome to Indie!!!

A bunch of us who sell on Etsy.com have already started excepting RME payments!

It is a new online payment site that a lot more people are using now because it is totally free! No FEES!!!!!!
When someone pays you,you get all of your money! Works just like paypal but without the fees. AND they give you $25 for free just for signing up! I didn't want to tell others about it until I actually got my $25 in my bank account and started using it myself. But I have been using it and it is great! So I am spreading the word!
I am so sorry if this sounds or looks like spam. It is not meant to be at all!!! I really just want to tell you about a new way to except online payments without any fees.

the colours in space dog are aaaamazing. I've always wanted to try to use grays, browns and whites together in a painting but I haven't found the right idea for content.
