- I am a full time artist working in my home studio, because I sometimes choose to paint at 3 a.m., and that's not a good time to have to drive elsewhere to a studio. Also, I would miss my 3 dogs, who are a tremendous fan club.

Back from the Really Big Show
Well, I didn't really travel anywhere, but I've spent the better part of the past two months helping to put together a huge annual local show featuring more than 150 artists under one roof! It was exhausting and exhilarating at the same time.

The Network is Getting Stronger
It's amazing how much networking is happening among independent artists, designers, and businesspeople. I just heard about Indiepublic today from an eBay group and decided to check it out. Come to find out, a lot of people that I know are here already! People from eBay, Etsy, MySpace, and bloggers I've met.
It's a warm and friendly kind of place, and I'm truly looking forward to getting comfortable in the surroundings and meeting even more cool people!

Sure do love your colorful abstracts, they really have
the wow factor!! My Grandmothers maiden name was
Marshall, do you know that is Scottish? My Grandmothers family came over through Ellis Island
and settled in Ohio and Penn. Just a bit of history for ya. I wonder if were related? Have a great day!
