Location:: Bucks County Pennsylvania

About Me:: I'm a twenty-two year old Bucks County artist and art student. I have over seven years experience fabricating jewelry and I've been printmaking for about five years. I've had pieces in school related art shows ever since I was little, and won several awards over the years.
Creating is my escape from reality. When I’m creating I become focused on my artwork, making my anxiety and frustrations vanish. My work consists of things that intrigue, fascinate, and in general inspire and make me happy; like images that may inspire a children’s story, hobbies (writing, sewing, and gardening), nature, and traveling. I strive for excellent craftsmanship in all of my work, even my printing plates are worked on meticulously. My favorite medium is metal, which is why I primarily make jewelry and have found a love for printmaking. I like being challenged by my medium of choice. Unlike paint or a drawing medium, metal needs to be convinced to take on the form I want. I also like experimenting with new ways of persuading metal into either wearable jewelry, or a printable plate.
Currently I'm the Printmaking Club president at my school.

Silver Lining

This evening I played a fun waiting game... Wait, wait, wait, plan... All in order to get an Etsy Treasury spot. The game paid off and I got a spot. Goodie! I'm very proud of this treasury... It's been raining a lot lately so I decided to do a whole "silver lining" theme. Finding the silver lining in crappy weather means - silver jewelry! MJSA Expo New York!

The Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City will be host to Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America’s MJSA Expo New York. MJSA Expo New York is the largest and oldest trade show in the United States. The event will be held Sunday- April 13th, Monday- April 14th, and Tuesday- April 15th. Sounds you like got some good things going on. That's great news. I've been in Alabama for a couple weeks visiting my in-laws for Thanksgiving. I haven't spent much time in Indiepublic or Etsy since I've been here. I've been spending most of my time fishing, eating way too much good food, checking out some caverns in Florida, hiking around the family's land and just basically catching up on some well deserved relaxing. One of my mother-in-law's friends bought a couple necklaces so that was kind of cool. I found a guitar I couldn't live without so I bought it (like we don't have enough luggage to deal with as it is).
