I *love* being asked to create custom orders. A few weeks back I had someone ask me to make a gnome necklace, similar to my fairy necklaces. What a great idea! I ordered the supplies I needed and waited (ummm... sorta patiently) until they arrived. Then I dug in. I had a great time and created a few gnome necklaces. Wow. Etsy has been such an amazing experience for me. I love that I am making some sales, of course, but even more - I love the community! It's so great to go onto the forums and talk with other creative people and see all the relationships being built. It's just so much fun!
