Naiveness and the "easy" trend

*Rant on*

I have found two things a bit amusing and frustrating of late:
Newbies who think that they are God's gift to the world-their creations far out rank those who have been doing this for years! They are BRILLIANT! ;
And the "everyone can do this, it's easy" idea towards beading that I've run across...

Rights To Use

On my way to selling I have been emailing designers to request permission to use their patterns. I suppose that I should not be surprised, but I have been-designers have been quick to enthusiastically not only give their permission, but their encouragement to me as I begin this little adventure. I have found this encouraging and energizing.
