About Me:

Born in Stuttgart, Germany, coming from a family background with professional & hobby musicians (Grandfather & Mother), professional photographer (Father) including arts & crafts (Grandmother & Mother) it seemed inevitable for me to cultivate several passions and interests in painting, music and photography, as well as many other traditional and non-traditional modern crafts, which all started with the lipsticks from my mothers purse onto the walls and floors for a great new decor for my dear mother.

On my creative path of 30+ years I have thus created in watercolors, airbrush, mechanical & color pencil, charcoal, henna/mehndi, block printing, ceramics and silk paints. Have burned, carved and painted on wood and wood furniture, allowed myself the freedom of expression through creating beadwork and semi-precious gem-stone jewelry, mosaics, paper-mache, leatherworks, photography, poetry and various fiber art doll-making, sewing and many other traditional crafts.

I am currently residing with my fairies & pixies in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. A few gift stores in and around the Madison area have featured some my artwork over the last 20 years and I love to participate in fundraisers and silent art auctions for a good cause. Whenever I can I also enjoy trading my art with other artists.

Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, David Lanz, The Secret Garden, Celtic Harps, Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Enigma, Enya, Bob Marley, Mozart, Tori Amos, Blackfoot Nights, Train and clearly a whole lotta music of all genre. It always depends on the mood I and my Faes are in ;)

Favorite TV Show & Movies:

Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are probably my most favorite movies next to Practical Magic, The Corpse Bride, Pan's Labyrinth, Labyrinth (David Bowies) and The Dark Crystal, Brahms Stokers Dracula, Interview with a Vampire, Witches of Eastwick, The Craft, The Neverending Story, The Wizzard of Oz, The Sixth Sense etc. There are many others that I am also very fond off but the list would be too long. TV series would have to be Charmed, Crafters from Coast to Coast and a few others. I also enjoy National Geographics & The History Channel, at times the Faes and I also enjoy Animal Planet :)
