Time sure does fly!

Wow - I can't believe how long it's been since I posted - time sure does fly! I've been a bit tied up with some family issues and I also had a craft show in the mix so that's definitely been my focus over the last couple of weeks. So sorry to have missed all my friends here on indiepublic!

Back home again

My trip to Maine to visit family flew by all too fast. I have pictures posted on my blog (http://www.bonnyjewelry.blogspot.com) if you'd care to have a look. Onward to the next thing on the good ol' calendar list - my upcoming craft fairs. First one is scheduled for Sept 22nd and I've already received the confirmation letter. Labor Day Vacation

I'm so excited - I'm going to Maine to visit my Mom, brother, grandparents and extended family this Labor Day weekend. While I hate the drive (it's 6 hours - ick!), it's worth it when I drive into the dooryard and get out of the car to see the MOST gorgeous view around. I'll get a chance to spend some quality time with my Mom and visit my grandparents for awhile. Weekend flew by!

Why oh why do the weekends fly by so fast? Before you know it, it's time to return to the job that pays the bills (yup- would love to say crafting does that but haven't quite gotten there yet!)

Amber is gorgeous - and oddly enough when I went back yesterday to look at her, I thought I am a dummy - of course she is a collie! Our sheltie is a bit oversized (long legs), her ears never did droop and she has a really long slender face - more collie-like than sheltie-like so I guess that it was surprised me that she looks so much like Amber.
