About Me:
I consider myself a fiber artist. I love fiber and love transforming the flat fabric into a 3-d piece that all can enjoy! Aprons are my current passion. To me they are more than something the "50's housewife" wore as she worked hard in the kitchen preparing for the evening meal. Today aprons are taking on a whole new use! They are worn while shopping, to hold cell phones and money and such, they are worn while entertaining, to keep the nice skirt or pants underneat free of any last minute spills, they are fun to wear at any time!

This is a testament to the high quality and true, artful beauty of Rusted Rhubarb's beautiful fiber work. I own one of her adorable coffee sleeves and highly recommend them to give as unique, functional, affordable and pretty gifts. I love mine! I also own two of her incredible aprons. Trust me when I say that they are exquisitely crafted, beautifully designed and made from fabrics that will knock your socks off! They are among my favorite things in the whole world! Please visit this artist's etsy shop and stock up. Her wares make perfect gifts.

That's so cool… I love it when I can be an inspiration to kids! It's so important to have adults who can tell children that they should keep the creativity they come into the world with.

I'm glad you made an icon with that gorgeous apron. Otherwise, I might have forgotten that I'm committed to buying it on the 26th! lol!

Glad you're here. I hope the experience will be a good one. Your aprons will do well, I'm sure. They're all so beautimous!
