About Me:

How I got here..

I come from a LARGE family that's full of crafty men and women. I have a mother & aunts who sew, quilt, & knit to their hearts content.. and a father & uncles who dabble in woodworking.

My grandparents started a Honda Motorcycle shop in 1964 (that my uncles now own & run) and a year-round Christmas & gift shop in 1972 where I can be found working when I'm not crafting.

Growing up around handmade goods with loving family to show me how they were made, and being raised in two businesses, I found it fitting to start my own mini business where I could sell my creations. I make so much more than purses, although at the moment that's all I have available!

In Dec. '07, I received my Elementary Teaching Degree & have been on the hunt for a job ever since. Being a teacher has been my life-long dream, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

In case you didn't notice.. I am crazy for color! The blending of one into the other is so beautiful to me & I try to make all my creations pop with color and put a smile on someone's face :o)

My dad got me hooked on music from the good old days with his record collection.

Elvis, Buddy Holly, & Johnny Cash.. I'm OBSESSED with these 3!!

Plus, I'm young so I like all the "new" stuff too :o)
