Feeling neglected!

Oh, not me, my Indie site. It's been so long since I've been here to visit my site. Shame on me. And I haven't even been very busy this winter. I've put my name in so many places to get my business out in cyberspace, and I've overloaded my circuits. Not my computer circuits, my circuits. lol. I'd love to promise to be better, but I don't like to lie. But I'll do my best. Hopefully your blogs and website will receive more attention then I give mine. Oh, and Yeah, summer is here!

We're having a heatwave, a tropical heatwave....I so wish we were....

Wow, it sure has been one long winter since I haven't been able to make beads! Lampworking requires some serious ventilation to keep you safe and healthy, and I just don't have it yet. I live in Wisconsin and everything has to be closed up to keep it heated. Normally I work in the garage with the doors and windows open. Even though that's not the best either.

Happy Holidays

I'd like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. I wish it could be so for everyone, but the powers that be have other plans....

Just earlier this week one of my good friends at work lost her neice. She took herself from her family, and left everyone behind in distress. As they struggle through the holidays trying to find answers, I can only hope that some kind of miracle will occur to keep the holidays from being a continuing sadness in their lives. This tragedy followed the…

The Holiday season is coming!!

My favorite time of year. Except I won't be able to do my favorite hobby-beadmaking. With this time of year comes cold, and I cannot do lampworking because I don't have a ventilation system, and the fumes from the glass is very harmful.

So, instead I'll be focusing on my second favorite hobby-Stained Glass!! I don't spend as much time on this hobby as I'd like. But now is a good time of year. I'll be able to make some great Christmas items, or other sensations! Keep an eye out on m…

A gracious THANK YOU to everyone!!

I just walked in the door and put supper on. But I wanted to say thank you to all the warm welcomes I've received from everyone! I can't wait to get to know y'all. Haha, I'm not from the south, I just like saying "y'all".

Back to the grand kids. I hear coins flying around the living room!! :O
