Still sewing but back to metalsmithing jewelry for now...

Hi guys, I guess you've noticed that my blog has turned back into mainly a jewelry designer's tone. I am still sewing, I love to sew but I've really been delving deep into metal work lately. It's just fascinating! It's so much fun to create a totally original piece of jewelry from just simple wire and metal. The main reason I got bored with making jewelry was because stringing up beads on pre-made wire just left me feeling uninspired. I wanted more of an artistic hand in what I was creating. I have tried polymer clay, clay, and even went so far as to look into glass bead making....but none of that was for me. Metal is where it's at for me LOL! I've met some super metalsmith's on Etsy. I just can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they have been. If ever you want to learn metalsmithing start by talking to metalsmiths on Etsy first. They are a wealth of knowledge. Monsters are my passion. They are interesting, unique, loveable and mischievious but it's all good!!! Monsters have had a bad wrap in the past and it is my mission to make folks see the "good" in them. I have been raising little monsters for over five years and none of them have ever disappointed me. The monsters I put up for adoption go to loving "monster" families. A bunch of us who sell on Etsy.com have already started excepting RME payments!

It is a new online payment site that a lot more people are using now because it is totally free! No FEES!!!!!!
When someone pays you,you get all of your money! Works just like paypal but without the fees. AND they give you $25 for free just for signing up! I didn't want to tell others about it until I actually got my $25 in my bank account and started using it myself. But I have been using it and it is great! So I am spreading the word!
I am so sorry if this sounds or looks like spam. It is not meant to be at all!!! I really just want to tell you about a new way to except online payments without any fees.
