Recycled Silver?
I am wondering if there are any "recycled silver" artists here. I came across someone in Atlanta who is making recycled silver jewelry, and I wondered what it meant that it is
"recycled." Silver is never simply thrown out, and can always be re-used, so I was wondering what she meant. Should have asked, I guess. Anyone want to share?

I would assume, it means melting and reusing it in a different fashion. Recycling does not have to mean it was headed for the dump, it could mean just reworking something old into something new. At least that is my take...
