Indiepublic

Okay, I'm not sure if this is a "user" issue or a indiepublic issue, but someone sent me a message and I can't seem to read it. When I click on the email notification, it takes me to the person's page who sent the message and the box is blank.
I'm using a PC and IE.
Anyone have any advice?

Hello Rosalie, I've never come across the issue before, so bear with me as I do a little troubleshooting. You may want to try these things:

1. Clear your browser's cache:
https://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html
2. Try using Firefox instead of IE:
http://firefox.com

If neither of these solutions work, you will need to contact Ning as they will be better able to assist you than I can (Indiepublic runs on Ning):
http://www.ning.com/help/
