Indiepublic

check out my blog today . . . I have a friend who has helped furnish and decorate million dollar homes. went to see her and got some great photos of her place, which I'll be sharing over the next few days.

very inspiring. if you're like me, looking at great decorating is the equivalent of a juicy news mag, or perhaps a piece of cake, freshly baked . . . yummmmmmy!!

let me know what you think :)

and enjoy! ~ Bee

I definitely love to do this as well, Bee! It can make me feel super poor sometimes, but many other times it fills me with so much inspiration! Thanks for sharing those pictures, I enjoyed them!

thanks, Sion (& Raggedy). I'm new to this whole blog thing. Thought people would enjoy them, but wasn't sure when no one responded right away (I'm still trying to figure out my Typepad page, too, lol, hint hint if you want to do that RSS thing!) Now that you and Raggedy have commented, I will get more of the pics up later.

Again, thanks for all your hard work running this entire Indiepublic site!! We all enjoy it so much!!

Oh man, I am such a voyeur I love looking at pictures of people's homes, inside and out. I subscribe to lots of decorating magazines (Phoenix Home & Gardan and Southern Accents are my favorites). I can't throw the magazines out, so I go through them and tear out my favorite pages. I have folders full of magazine pages dating back to the 1980's. (Then I recycle the remaing magazine). I will look forward to your pictures...

And Raggedy, thanks for your comment, too. you'll have to read my reply to Sion to see how 'blog-rookie' I am right now. when I replied, I wasn't sure if it was going as a private message or here, lol. So I will get more of her awesome house put up here (and on my Typepad blog) and will try and make them larger, as well.

As far as mags from the 80's, you have me beat. But I did (just last week) empty an entire, organized cabinet full of 90's Traditional Homes, Southern Livings, and BHandG Special Issues (Window and Walls, Kitchens and Baths, etc). Hope you're having a great day & let's keep in touch - I bet we have tons in common. Will check out your site (I'm assuming you're on Etsy) as soon as I run my daughter up to school for orientation. Maybe I can feature you on my new Typepad blog site?? :)

I'm actually a real estate appraiser, so it's my JOB to look at people's homes!
