I am unsure what you mean by "never gotten any attention'.
Are you saying your items have not been featured in any treasury? or Have you not been featured in a members blog? Or is there some other way we are misunderstanding what you think we should be providing at this time?

If you would be so kind as to clarify this it would help us to understand what we are dropping the ball on.

I see you have been a member for a little over 3 weeks now. I welcome you again to the team and am sorry that you feel we are not being attentive enough to your shop. The admin team would never knowingly leave anyone out of any promotion we are doing. I urge you to please email me or Kristina so that we can figure out what we need to.

Please keep in mind, we have over 600 members at this time. Making Treasuries on Etsy, forum promotions,Blog Promotions, joining sites such as Indie Public.etc It is tough for the handful of people who volunteer to do these to include each and every shop all the time. One can not "ask" to be in a treasury or a blog feature nor is this a requirement for team membership. The majority of team members simply love promoting other shops and thankfully we have fabulous shops do promote from!

Also the admin team is working as hard as they can on getting the new website up and running. Please keep in mind these people are Not getting paid to do this and 99% of them have full-time jobs so the work on the team is in their "free" time.

I apologize again that you and your friend feel you are not getting the attention you are wanting here and will do what I can to address this if you or your friend could clarify the problem for me.
