I don't blog on there very often, but bulletins are a good thing. They go out to all your friends and as long as they don't sound like shameless self promotion, they remind people that you're there. (I do see a lot of really blatant promotional ones, and those are a turnoff for me, as I think they are for most people.)

Also I love having the ability to put my Etsy mini up in the About Me section.

Thanks for the info Martha. I really would like to blog more effectivly, but, our family has been very busy lately with a premi grandchild just born two weeks ago. And, with the Holidays coming, there just doesn't seem to be much time to get started. I guess it will have to be one of my New Year's Resolutions. Thanks again.

I've actually found myspace quite useful and sold one of my items from doing promotion there. I would personally recommend using it for networking and exposing your products! www.myspace.com/maribelmade
