The pathetic thing is that I am only on week 3 (actually a couple of days into week 3) and have already run out of questions!!!! So, today I am wondering, how do you deal with stress? Do you craft, eat, excercise, drink?!?! Last night when I got home from work and was in a particularly foul mood, after I was almost attacked walking through the door to feed my husband who was RAVENOUS, I went up into my craft room and did some yoga. Now I absolutely cannot meditate or anything like that. I cannot sit still long enough to really get relaxed and I can never clear my mind, it's like a disease, it just fixates on what is pissing me off. But, when I do yoga (power yoga) I am just so busy trying not to fall over that I actually can clear my mind. I listen to the music and am concentrating so hard on following the instructor's directions and breathing evenly and long and slow that I just can't think about work or my MIL or anything else that has me annoyed. It is a great and cool thing and I love it!! So, how about you? What do you do to get your mind off of those horribly annoying things that happen in your life?
