ROBA III
First, business: I have 3 art cards for sale
on eBay: Character Home, Two Piggies had Tea and Old Country Church. Now, the people at
Theme Thursday needed flowers for their theme this week. And lucky for us Roba here was able to help us out cause for some reason she is in a field of sheep and flowers. (The top image is the back of the Roba III card).
For Episodes I and II...see my previous blogs. Now let us check in on Roba and see how she is doing this week:
Roba had only packed enough food for a few days - so, now on this day by noon she was quite hungry. However, she knew that just around the bend ahead was a small hamlet. Roba knocked on the door of the first small house she came to and as she would do many times before her journey was over she asked the lady of the house if she could perform some task in exchange for room and board. She was very skilled with her hands and could sew on buttons, darn socks, mend rips, or weed a garden, also tend animals or care for children. Most people were grateful for the help and were so pleased with the work she did that they often gave her a food pack for the road or sometimes a small gift. After her first few days she had travelled further than she'd ever travelled before and she started to notice how the land was a little different in this town or how the fields grew different crops. When she'd gotten very far from Kenning Stone Realm the people started dressing a little differently. The Road looked different, the sky looked different, and different flowers bloomed. Roba made many friends and some days as she walked along with Anois or as she sat on someone's porch mending a blanket, the time passed so pleasantly that she would forget about the purpose of her journey. After many weeks and months of travelling and working, Roba found herself walking yet again away from one village and towards the next. The next village was only a couple of miles ahead of her. She sang softly to herself and Anois as they strolled along. "Hello" said a voice from behind her....Yeah aha....that's where we're leaving it for now. Namaste.
