- I'm Miguez and I'm the indie designer for Creations By Miguez. What started as a hobby, is a now a part-time job for me. Once every two months, I sell my stuff at the Rose Bowl Pasadena Flea Market, where I live just 10 mins away.
Other than working on my creations, I love dining out! I love the beach! I love music! I love people watching!
I've always been artistic, at least that's what my Mom says. I've started playing with my grandmother's sewing machine when I was 12 and made myself my own ponytail scrunchies in all different colors and fabrics. It was just later that I realized I want to do something that I really love. I enrolled in sewing/design classes and really enjoyed it. It led me to start my Etsy online shop where I got really inspired by other sellers and crafters.

From 9AM to 5PM every Weekend from Nov 15th thru Dec 21st and then continuing mid-January, Ghettogloss will be producing a holiday fair at the intersection
of Glendale and Silverlake Blvd. Indie crafters will be showing their goods.
There will be local artists mixed in along with the best of vintage collectibles,
vintage clothing, and retro furniture. Did we mention plants, succulents, a Tarot card reader, and a lady who does energy work on animals? What more could you ask for?

A bunch of us who sell on Etsy.com have already started excepting RME payments!
It is a new online payment site that a lot more people are using now because it is totally free! No FEES!!!!!!
When someone pays you,you get all of your money! Works just like paypal but without the fees. AND they give you $25 for free just for signing up! I didn't want to tell others about it until I actually got my $25 in my bank account and started using it myself. But I have been using it and it is great! So I am spreading the word!
