Hello!
To say I grew up in a small town is an understatement. We didn't even get our own gas station till the mid 90's, and it closed already anyway. Though I now live in a different town, I'm very much a Sterling girl. My town was so small and boring that people had nothing to do but get arrested or invent things, like the Dow Jones Industrial Index. Look up Charles Dow on Wikipedia. I don't care much for the stock market but that's one of the only claims to fame my hometown has, besides three legged frogs and a house the Mob blew up in 1972.
I am currently married to the most loving Egyptian in the world and working for USPS, but I only work on the weekends and the rest of my time is devoted to my husband, church, auctions, flea markets, artfire, etsy, beach combing, bottle digging, and salvation army. I have a passion for local history, traveling, and for writing, which I've been doing since 1996.
