This Weekend!! Please Check Out Spring Fest in Makanda, IL- near Carbondale

This weekend, you can view my work in person at the Smelly Hippie in Makanda. There is live music, good food, and lots of quality art/craft vendors. If you want to get outside on this lovely day, here is a great opportunity!!

Back on Indie Public

I finished my Giganto Custom Wholesale order 2 days ago. I am sort of recuperated, and unfortunately have to go to school soon. Well...It is declared a snow day! It started as sleet, and continued as half dollar sized snow flakes, and now they have combined forces. Such a treat to us!!!

Back in Action for a Little While

So I am now busying my life with more things. I am in school full time, and over break I got so many custom bootie orders, I am still working on those. I am trying to get as much done for school too!! I guess a more real life has begun for me=)

School is Over for a While!!

Now that school is out, just the past two days even, I have been so productive and I am very proud of myself.
Made and folded 50 tags
6 passport holders
4 booties
1 corduroy purse- a new design
Drafted a few bootie patterns
finished a baby Saluki shirt! FINALLY
That is most of my custom orders...
made a chicken pot pie
And still going!!

Now to figure out who gets what for Christmas- the hardest task of all!!

THE HANDBOOK TO HANDMADE

Well, I am down to finals week. What a fun time for me!! Not that finals are fun by any means, but it means I will have a month to really develop Kat Eyez Company and see if I can be sufficient by means of sewing and not working for others. Well, I will still be working for those who want my products.
