Well here goes, had to harvest a massive load of green papaya's due to freezing temps and a pile green habanero's. What to do? We piled them in five gallon buckets and the sat there, languishing, wanting for something to be done. Yes we did it! For the first time, I voted for a candidate that won, for the first time I voted for the candidate that represented not the lesser of two evils but who represented my ideological/political/intellectual perspectives. No beer making this year, although maybe next. I have been so busy working on Mocahete, our Etsy venture, creating for the holiday season and trying to fix our home. The chill is coming on and it's time to cover the green house, get the wood burning stove put in and a wall up. I have to admit this is one of my favorite times of year, this crisp dry air, starry nights and the warmth of a crackling wood fire.
